On the first floor in this villa is an oak rustic 140 mm x 700 mm herringbone floor from Cinzento Custom Made®, view the product here. The herringbone floor is surrounded with border. Under the stairs and on the second floor there is a 1-strip with the same treatment as the herringbone, next to this it is also surrounded with a border. The thickness of the herringbone and 1-strip is 15 mm with a 4 mm oak top layer. This makes the product extremely suitable for underfloor heating.
